Accessibility Statement

Paper Monkey Small Business Systems is committed to making the Scheduler usable across devices, input methods, and assistive technologies. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our design and maintenance target; this statement is not a claim of independent certification.
1. Measures in the service
The Scheduler uses clear headings and tables, labels for every field, buttons that describe what happens next, visible keyboard focus, written status and error messages, a skip link, layouts that adjust to screen size, readable color contrast, and reduced-motion support. Instructions and results are not intentionally shown by color alone.
2. Intended compatibility
The service is intended for current major browsers, operating systems, keyboard navigation, browser zoom and reflow, screen readers, and voice input. Older software, browser extensions, unusual settings, disabled browser features, or third-party outages may affect operation.
3. Files and third parties
CSV and Excel are available as alternatives to the designed PDF. Stripe checkout and email software are operated by third parties we do not control. If an external dependency or exported format creates a barrier, contact us so we can evaluate an available alternative.
4. Request assistance or report a barrier
Email hello@papermonkeysystems.com with “Scheduler Accessibility Request” in the subject. If possible, identify the page, task, barrier, and preferred alternative. You do not need to disclose a disability, diagnosis, medical history, or other health information. Do not attach a roster or other sensitive league information.
5. Review and updates
We evaluate confirmed barriers and may correct the interface, clarify instructions, provide an alternative format, or document a third-party limitation while a durable correction is prepared. If a response does not provide effective access, reply and request an accessibility review. Reporting a barrier will not be used to deny an otherwise available service.
