Do I need to know scheduling software?
No. Enter team names or choose a spreadsheet, then answer one short question at a time. Before we check anything, you will see one simple page with all your answers.
How many teams and games can I schedule?
With 4–20 teams, every pair plays once or twice. An eight-team division therefore plays seven or fourteen games per team. With 21–64 teams, choose 6–20 games per team and Paper Monkey gives every team a different opponent in each game. You may also assign every team to an optional named group and choose whether teams play mostly or only within their groups. Paper Monkey never guesses the groups. If the division has an odd number of teams, the game count must be even. Run separate divisions one at a time. The current version does not compare shared coaches, referees, or gyms across divisions.
What does the free check show?
Every problem we find, including the exact spreadsheet row numbers. We do not hide or shorten the report.
When do I pay?
Only after a finished schedule has passed every check. Creating a new schedule costs $79. Fixing an existing schedule costs $49. Prices are before applicable sales tax, shown before you pay. Both are one-time payments.
Does Paper Monkey upload my spreadsheet?
The original spreadsheet is read on this device. If you choose Save to account after purchase, we store the verified schedule, its rules, and any repair change log so you can continue elsewhere. Downloads are still made on your device. Do not include player names, parent names, contact details, or health information.
Can I change a finished schedule?
Yes. Move or swap games among the dates, start times, and courts you originally approved. You cannot add new dates or courts to a finished schedule. We apply a move only if the entire schedule still passes every check.
