One division. The rules you confirm.

Scheduler supports 4–64 teams in one division. You enter the game dates, court hours, start times, game length, and team days off. For 4–20 teams, each pair plays once or twice. Larger divisions use a chosen number of games with different opponents.

A verified schedule has passed every check against the rules you confirmed: game counts, permitted matchups, dates and court hours, team days off, and no team or court double-booking.

You still need to confirm facility bookings, travel time, coach and referee availability, local rules, and conflicts with other divisions. Scheduler cannot check information you did not provide.

Familiar downloads. Your choice of what to save.

A completed purchase includes PDF, Excel, and CSV downloads. You can move or swap games within the approved dates, times, and courts; a change is applied only when the whole schedule still passes every check.

Spreadsheets are read on your device. After purchase, you can choose to save an account copy of the verified schedule and its rules so you can continue elsewhere. Use team names only—never player or parent names, contact details, or health information.
